Cut-off for reservations at group rate is October 21, 2008

The registration fee is $125 (before October 31st) and $175 for late and on-site registration.

The registration fee covers the Wednesday evening banquet, Thursday morning breakfast, breaks, and a copy of the conference proceedings, which will contain a written version of the presentations and posters.

Refund policy: On or before October 31st – $60 refund, and proceedings will be sent after conference. After October 31st – No refund, and proceedings will be sent after conference.
