Registration Information:
    The registration fee is $125 (before November 10th) and $175 for late and on-site registration.

    The registration fee covers the Wednesday evening banquet, Thursday morning breakfast, breaks, and a copy of the conference proceedings, which will contain a written version of the presentations and posters.

    Refund policy: On or before November 10th – $60 refund, and proceedings will be sent after conference. After November 10th – No refund, and proceedings will be sent after conference.
