Objectives
- To discover nearly exact rates and forms of nitrogen fertilization which optimize Penn A-4 bentgrass shoot vigor, canopy color, green speed, and root length density; and identify the associated tissue nutrient ratios in leaf clippings.
- To determine whether any above-mentioned attributes resulting from particular rates and forms of N fertilization interact with:
a. Soil type and/or site-specific environmental conditions
b. Typical growth regulator applications.
