Under elevated carbon dioxide, grain protein content declines due to lower plant N content during growth. Grain mineral content also declines and this research aims to quantify the change in mineral content that is likely under climate change using grain samples from the Australian Grains Free Air Carbon Dioxide Enrichment experiment.
