Study on the effect of balance fertilization on Cape jasmine yield and quality in Jiangxi

Cape jasmine is a kind of famous local traditional Chinese medical herb and cash crop in Jiangxi province with cultivated area 11,000 hectares that occupied 75% of the total in China. Poor nutrient management on Cape jasmine is one of main limiting factors for high yield and quality. Since 2004, the Soil and Fertilizer Institute of Jiangxi Academy of Agricultural Sciences conducted this research project to study on the balance fertilization technology for Cape jasmine.Soil analysis result showed that micronutrients such as B and Zn were seriously deficient in Cape jasmine planting soil.
